Blaine leads BWK’s Transaction Advisory Services practice and brings more than 23 years of experience, including 19+ years dedicated exclusively to M&A. Before joining BWK, he spent the majority of his career with PwC, where he advised on more than 350 global transactions.

His expertise includes acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, mergers, carve‑outs, joint ventures, restructuring, post‑close services, and dispute resolution. Blaine has advised private companies, public companies, private equity firms, and individual investors across industries including retail, manufacturing, industrials, services, healthcare, technology, energy, and financial services.

Blaine is a Certified Public Accountant and received his BSB in Accounting and Finance from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
