Jason brings over 30 years of tax planning, consulting, and compliance experience to the team at BWK. He specializes in tax planning, business transactions, and entity structuring for both public and closely held private companies.

Throughout his career, Jason has advised clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, technology, and real estate. His experience includes advising businesses regarding merger and acquisition transactions, tax-free reorganizations, entity restructurings, accounting method issues. Additionally, Jason brings experience representing clients in IRS and state audit matters.

Prior to joining BWK, Jason served as a Tax Principal in the National Tax Office and Transaction Tax Services groups at a top national CPA firm. A recognized subject matter expert, he has frequently served as a national speaker and lecturer on complex tax topics, including M&A structuring, corporate tax and partnership tax matters.
